Domain name bought but no access to the website

Hello. We bought the domain name last weekend, and the money has been withdrawn from our bank account. However, since that, we cannot enter the website anymore.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like the domain sousleclavierlapage.com has not been registered. You can register and associate it with your blog from your domain management screen. https://sousleclavierlapage.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

But I cannot register it, it says that this name is already mapped to a wordpress.com blog. Do I need to delete the blog domain name to make it work ?

Do you have another wordpress.com blog that you mapped it to? If the answer is yes provide the URL of the underlying .wordpress.com blog please. Also note that I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

I think that our page, etvoicilapage.wordpress.com, was mapped to it but we bought its domain name last weekend as well. Is it free for subscribing the assistance ? How can I do that ?

I do see that domain mapping has been purchased to “point” sousleclavierlapage.com to your WordPress.com site, sousleclavierlapage.wordpress.com/.
You mentioned that you bought the domain name. I’m not showing that you purchased it from us. Do you believe you bought it elsewhere? If so, please let me know and I can help you move forward.
If you did not register the domain name yet, but would like to, I can remove the mapping from your account and credit you $13. Then when you add the new domain in your Store, you’ll only have to pay the additional $5 for the domain name registration.

Actually, we tried to buy it but it did not work. However, I think this attempt to buy the domain name locked/mapped it. Now, we are unable to buy it really. We bought today the domain name “sousleclavierlapage.org” but we still cannot access the website… It keeps leading to sousleclavier.com and nothing appears: the page cannot be found. Could you unlock the domain name ? or delete our mapping to sousleclavierlapage.com ? And then, could you map efficiently sousleclavierlapage.org ? So it becomes the real URL.

I’ve started you with a clean slate: I’ve canceled the non-functioning mapping for sousslavierpage.com, and given you a refund.
You should now be able to re-purchase the domain name and mapping in the Store in your Dashboard:
