domain name cannot be found

    I am currently trying to renew the domain name moosesmobiledetailing.com that I have hosted through your company. My business stopped opperations toward the end of last year, but now I am picking it back up. I am trying to renew my domain name, but it continues to say “we can’t find the domain name your trying to renew.” What do I need to do to renew this?

    Hi there,

    As you custom domain expired back in 2012, it can no longer be renewed. However, the great news is that no one else has purchased it and it’s still available for you to register.

    In order to do this, while in your site’s Dashboard, click Store and then click Add a Domain. You will go through the steps to register moosesmobiledetailing.com as if you’re doing it for the first time.
