domain name change

  When I started my blog, the name was originally monicapacanins.wordpress.com.

  Then I changed it to adventureanywear.wordpress.com

  It works fine, but when on the page and clicking the “home” button, it goes back to monciapacanins.wordpress.com
  and says “The authors have deleted this site”

  How can I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#creating-a-custom-menu and include only the relevant Home link it it http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pages along with any other items you wish to include.
