  Hi ,
  Is it possible to change my domain name without loosing the design I bought for my blog ?

  Yeah, you can. Here are instructions for changing your blog address: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/#instructions-for-changing-your-blog-address
  If instead of simply changing the address you want to have a custom domain name (without .wordpress.com in it), there are instructions for registering and mapping a domain name here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/
