domain name change

  I changed my domain name and now i cant get to my dashboard.

  Hi,

  What is the address (URL) of the site you are referring to? Is it a WordPress.com site?

  Hi, is your site still hosted at WordPress.COM? If so you can still access your site via the login page: https://wordpress.com/log-in to access your dashboard.

  If you have migrated your site and is hosted by 3rd party hosting, then you should be able to log in via the:

  https://yoursite.com/wp-admin or https://yoursite.com/wp-login pages.

  If you have no luck please head over to the WordPress.ORG’s support forum where there will be people who can help with your WordPress.ORG site.

  HI there,

  You don’t own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you tried changing the domain in Settings ->General in a self-hosted WordPress site, you’ll only break the site as there is a specific process that needs to be followed to change the address on a self-hosted WordPress installation:

  https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  You’ll most likely need to contact your hosting provider for help with this – the .org forums will be of little help as they can’t help you access your hosting admin panel to fix this from that end.
