Domain name change

My hosting firm is Bluehost and they performed a name change today for me. They also told me, the last step I need to do in WordPress is: Change the WordPress home and site URL to new domain in WordPress dashboard under Settings> General. I did that, but for some reason I cannot access old domain anymore and also not the new one
