  What site are you referring to?
  You won’t be able to change a custom domain, you will need to register a new one instead.

  If what you wanted to do is to change the WordPress.com site’s address, you can follow these steps:

  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  Bear in mind that this is irreversible and you won’t be able to use the old address never again.
