Domain name change after purchasing a Theme

    Once before I’ve used MAMP to build my WP blog and then transferred it to a server from localhost. This time around I started right in the WP database. Now, when I want to purchase a Theme it keeps asking me to choose the name of the blog which has a .wordpress address. Why can’t I purchase the theme and just download it to my localhost without choosing?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Because you’re trying to buy a theme which has been specially adapted only to work with a WordPress.com blog. You cannot use it on a blog hosted anywhere else, period.

    Check the theme demo page. Sometimes they have parallel versions available for WordPress.org blogs, and they will say so on that page and have a link to it.
