Domain name changed by error.
-
Hello all.
I do not have any experience in website development or anything similar. For ignorance I changed the name of the site and now I do not have access to the admin. The site was not crafted by me and its creator still understands less than I do. I have no idea if they were backed up, much less how to back up.
I followed the instructions on this site: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/can-t-login-to-wordpress-wp-admin-after-change-of-url and I could not do anything.
I really need some help, please. -

http://www.ou-sortir-a-lisbonne.fr/ is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s hosted with OVH hosting and is not associated with WordPress.com in any way.
http://www.ousortiralisbonne.fr/ – this domain doesn’t seem to be registered at all.
This forums is for help on WordPress.com account and WordPress.com sites.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) sites here. You can post the question on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) forums for help: https://wordpress.org/support/, or reach out to your hosting provider and domain registrar for help.

Yes, http://ou-sortir-a-lisbonne.fr/wp-login.php is a valid login, but it is not associated with WordPress.com.
It’s a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site.

Does this help clear things up?

Hi there,
You’ll need to contact your hosting provider to help you fix this. With the open source WordPress software that you’re using you can’t just change the domain in Settings in the dashboard. That only breaks the site.
For future reference, you can find the instructions how to correctly change the domain here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
Note that your hosting provider might also have their own process for this.
