domain name charge

I upgraded to premium but it’s asking me to pay to register a domain name. I thought domain name was free with premium
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I see that you were able to register the domain ls2lsblog.com with your WordPress.com Premium plan. Are you trying to register another custom domain or are you all set with that one now?
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I want to use the name ls2lsblog.com. However on the list of My Blogs it only shows ls2lsblog.wordpress.com and all the work I’ve done so far has gone to the .wordpress site. How do I redirect and make sure everyone is reading the one without .wordpress?
-
Ah, I see what you mean. Your WordPress.com Premium plan and domain name were linked to your blog at lstols.wordpress.com.
I just moved them so they are linked to your blog at ls2lsblog.wordpress.com, instead. (It may take a little bit for the domain name to take effect everywhere, so you might not see that change right away.)
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Thanks, we’re getting there. But now I can’t see the work I’ve done the last couple days from on the .wordpress site or the correct ls2lsblog site. Do I just need to be patient?
Off topic, how do I get posts on the home page to display in reverse chron order, most current first. They seem to be alphabetizing by title. Thanks again.

Hi there,
Yes, it can take some time for a domain change like that to take effect everywhere, so you might see some funny results in the meantime. I just checked, and I am able to see your two sites correctly.
If you’re still not able to see each site, you may need to refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that!

Blog posts at WordPress.com are always displayed in reverse chronological order, so you don’t need to do anything to get that working. Could you give me an example of posts that aren’t displaying in the order you expect?
-
Thanks. Reverse chron order would be 1} Christmas, Baby, 2} Life at the Original, 3) Rear Window, 4) As the Pot Melts.
Currently they come up 1) Life at the Original, 2) As the Pot, 3)Christmas Baby, 4) Rear Window
Does the date stamp come from the original posting or would it include revisions? I’ve corrected a couple typos that may have given it a new date.

The blog uses the current date on the post — if the date on the post has changed since you originally published the post, that would change the post order. You can edit each post’s date in the “Change Status” section of the post editor if you’d like to re-order them with new dates.
You can also check the date at the bottom of each post or in the post’s link, like this one: http://ls2lsblog.com/2014/08/25/life-at-the-original-midnight-sun-in-the-1970s/

Ignore last message I fixed it. Two were marked sticky.
Ah, good catch! I thought I checked that for you, but I must have missed those sticky posts. Sorry for not catching that earlier!
