Domain name charged but not honored

    My domain name was paid for through the year but hasn’t been active the past few months. Would either like a refund for failure to deliver or the paid-up time remaining with the domain name. It’s made urls I shared previously obsolete otherwise, and was taken down without warning after being fully charged.
