Domain name complications, help, I know it's not that complicated

  I’m a writer. I have the website jeharrington.net, which is my main page. I wanted to buy the domain name playbooknovel.org as a separate site for my novel. I bought the domain through WordPress, thinking that I could have both active at the same time as I did years ago, but now it turns out that I can only have one or the other: jeharrington.net or playbooknovel.org. Whichever one I have set as my primary domain takes the redirect from the other domain. I wanted two separate sites: jeharrington.net, and playbooknovel.org. What do I have to do to make this right, since I already purchased the playbooknovel.org domain?

  Set up a second WordPress.COM blog (you can use the same account)

  When the second WP.com blog is set up, you can transfer the domain mapping to the second site
