Domain name confusion

  I wanted to change my domain and in my settings it says that my domain is Thebluejackal.wordpress.com, but when i type that site in it only says its reserved. My actual blog is still bleujackal.wordpress.com. I know it says its reserved because I was the one who wanted it, but I don’t know how to get it now. Can someone help me please?

  Please take careful note of the spelling and the additional word in the URL.

  thebluejackal.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

  Compare that to:
  http://bleujackal.wordpress.com/

  I created another thread because this response did not answer my question in the slightest. You told another user in this post (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/who-has-reserve-a-domain?replies=9#post-1250280) that only the creater of the same username can obtain the domain. Well I am the creator of the original username and I want to know if there is anyway of getting the domain I want. I dont appreciate how you just closed my last post, maybe someone else could have helped me better. But thanks I guess..

  Your username is canerulean.

  thebluejackal was registered 23 days ago and then later changed to a different name, still not canerulean.

  I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response as I don’t think you see the spelling differences.
