Domain name doesn't show in Domain Manager

  I’m transferring the domain sarasotadigital.com from WordPress to another host. I created a password, went to the domain control panel and the panel is blank–no domain shows, so I can’t unlock and ask for the code. What can we do? Thanks so much.

  Hi there,

  That is very strange! It may be that you were logging in to a different account.

  I went ahead and logged in myself (I had to update the password, so if you log in yourself, make sure that you update the password again). I was able to see the domain, and since I was already there, I went through and unlocked the domain and sent the Authorization code to the email address on file for the domain:

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
