Domain name doesn't work

  I have purchase chefgreer.com from iwantmyname.com and setup the nameservers to be yours. (ns1-3.wordpress.com). Then I paid the $12 to WordPress so that chefgreer.com would show the same page as chefgreer.wordpress.com. It has been nearly 24 hours and this still doesn’t work.

  Am I doing something wrong? Or do I just need to wait longer?

  It looks like your domain is returning no nameserver records: http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/chefgreer.com

  I recommend contacting your domain registrar ASAP.

  I just noticed that now 2 locations are giving a green status. So is this an issue that’s likely to get better over time?

  Yep, it’s looking a bit better now, though I only see one location.

  It can take up to 72 hours for nameserver changes to propagate to all of the ISPs worldwide.

  Thanks so much, macmanx. I’m just doing this for a friend, and you’ve put his mind at ease. I guess I was just surprised, because in the past it only took 5 minutes before I saw a purchased domain begin to show the blog.
