    Website currently says the domain has expired and to contact wordpress.com to renew. There is no billing or domain information when I login. How do I access the domain in WordPress. Please help asap as our email is tied to this domain. Thank you.

    It sounds like you may have a second WordPress.com account which manages the domain you wish to renew – if so then you can log out of this account from the page below:

    After that, you can log in with the second WordPress.com account instead to manage the domain from here:
