Domain Name Expiration

  Hello,

  I write because I just received a notification which states that my ownership of the domain expired 3 months ago? When I look up the WHOIS information, it still lists me as the owner and says the domain expires in March 2017. I am confused — I want to renew my domain immediately. Currently, ‘My Domains’ in the wordpress dashboard is blank. Also, when I go to my website a mysterious message about domain mapping upgrade pops up. I need this to be fixed ASAP. Is there anything you can do to help me?

  What is the domain URL?
  What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

  Hi @thegoldenantlers, this domain did indeed expire some time ago. I’ll contact the registrar to see if we can get it back again for you, and will email with the results.
