Domain name expired

  I’m having a similar problem with my domain renewal. I thought I had renewed it, but I’ll have to look at my credit card statements, because it’s not renewed and it looks like someone else has claimed my domain name.

  When I try to reregister the name, this is what it says.

  Someone (maybe you?) already registered deniseduong.com, but the domain is not pointing to WordPress.com.

  I paid for the “Pro” upgrade thinking that it would remap my domain name and get me back to where I started, but I’m back at http://www.deniseduong.wordpress.com

  Please help!! Very urgent!!

  I have and have not received a response in days! Its very urgent that I get this back up and running.

  Is there a more direct approach to contacting support?

  That is the most direct method. Did you send it from the email address on your deniseduong account?

  I just tried the email version and not the support site. I hope it works faster!
