Domain Name Expired
-
I thought that I had paid Word Press to register my domain name (see blog address) and for annual support. I just learned that Network Solutions has blocked the domain because they said it had expired. They are now requesting an annual fee and a renewal charge. Since I thought I paid you for the registration, should you be communicating with Network Solutions? How can I get this blog site back up and available?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

northgeorgiaspeaks.com – is registered with Network Solutions so you need to renew with them
You probably paid $13.-/yr for domain mapping – that is not the same as domain registration
I have also flagged this for staff attention but I think they will give you the same advice & observations – but they can look at your account and see what you have paid for
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History – for a record of your charges

Hi, I’ve confirmed the domain was just mapped here. Mapping lets you point an existing domain, registered elsewhere, to our servers. It does not transfer the domain away from its existing registrar, though. They should have been contacting you about renewal, so you might get in touch with them about that. Good luck!
