Domain Name Expired?

    Hi,

    I buy my domain name through WordPress (my site was .com until a few months ago). There seems to have been an issue with autorenewal and I received no email notification. I have rectified that situation now, but my site is currently displaying as a generic park page. I am wondering how long it typically takes for it to redirect once more to my site? (If indeed this is the issue).

    If you are talking about the site irishamericancivilwar.com then you need to contact Wild West Domains, LLC as this site is registered with that registrar.

    Hi,

    It is irishamericancivilwar.com but it is paid for through WordPress, I have the receipt from WordPress to demonstrate that. I have no account with Wild West Domains.

    I checked the domain and everything looks set up correctly and fine on this end. Have you confirmed with Hostgator that everything is set correctly on their end?

    Also, I see that custom design is about to renew for this site. Since it is no longer hosted with us, would you like me to disable auto renew for that upgrade?

    Thanks so much for the response! Yes please re the auto renew for the upgrade please do cancel that. I have been on with Hostgator for a few days about it :-) At least I can confirm the issue is definitely with them. Really appreciate the assistance.
