Domain name expired

I want to pay and get my website back up, but cant find where to do it. I didn’t recieve any email about expiration and I just want to pay but the web account says I have no sites with wordpress. I am despirate to get my website back up

Thanks for providing the domain, I was able to locate the domain under the WordPress.com account
shanajamesartist. Since you are logged in asubudartworkshops220318you won’t see the site in your account. Since the email on this account is different any upgrade notices would be sent to that address.The domain, ubudartworkshops.com expired on July 7th, 2018 and is currently in redemption. When a domain enters redemption it is still possible to restore the domain to your account, however, there’s an $80 redemption fee charged by our domain partner which cannot be waived.
If you’d like to restore the domain let us know and we’ll send a manual payment link for the renewal cost and redemption fee to the email address associated with the owner’s account.

I’m not sure which email address is associated with this account if it is (email visible only to moderators and staff) this email no longer exists

I’m afraid we can only redeem a domain if requested by the account that owns the domain, and the payment link can also only be sent to the email address connected to that account.
Please log in as the username, shanajamesartist, and reply here to confirm.
If you don’t remember your login details for that account and you no longer have access to the email address, you’ll need to follow our account recovery process to regain access first and update the email address.

I believe you that you are the account owner, but for verification purposes we do need the request to come from the actual account.

Ok this is what happens
When I try to log in as shanajamesartist the system reroutes me to the username ubudartworkshops220318 and as bdukes (staff) mentioned earlier in the feed I cannot see http://www.ubudartworkshops from this user name. So what can I do? -
I also have another website with WordPress linked to a different email, could you send the link to that email instead?
My other website is http://www.shanajames.com

When I try to log in as shanajamesartist from my iPad it reroutes me as above when I try and log in from my pc it reroutes me to username shanajames1 I have the password for this account but can only see http://www.shanajames.com from there. There must be some way I can get my website up again

I have an old password from when I had someone else do work on the site and at that time the user name was adminuser. Can I verify that I am the account holder with that old password?

I cannot find the transaction, is it possible that i bought the domain name for 5 years at once? 5 years ago? Because I cannot find and have no recollection of purchasing the domain 1 year ago. Is it possible to prove that i am the account holder due to the fact that i have the user name and password for the c panel for the site and that both my http://www.ubuartworkshops.com and http://www.shanajames.com are hosted by A2 hosting?
I have not got the receipt obviously

Your domain registration has been automatically renewed every year for the past 4 years, therefore if you ask your bank or card provider for last year’s statements you should be able to locate the charge.

We (WordPress.com) are a completely different company than A2 Hosting. You may host your site with them, by the domain is hosted with us and it’s simply pointing there.
