domain name expired

    I would like to retrieve my domain name ‘mumoftwentysomethings’. I am not computer savvy and would appreciate some help.

    mumoftwentysomethings is not a complete URL it is missing a .com or .org, etc.

    Please provide the complete URL.

    Allowing a domain to expire

    When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.

    If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.

    Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the $80. redemption fee.

    If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

    If you did not register the underlying .wordpress.com site then contact the person with the username account who registered it.

    I’ve tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.
    If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.

    The full domain name is mumoftwentysomethings.com

    I didn’t receive an email notifying me that the domain name was about to expire. I have done quite a lot of work on this blog, so would appreciate any assistance in retrieving it. As I said before I am not good with technical stuff, I only write!

    Hi there,

    The domain, mumoftwentysomethings.com, does not belong to the account you’re using to post here.

    To renew that domain, you need to be logged into the account that owns it, username, mumoftwentysomethings.

    Renewal reminders and expiration notices were sent to the email address on record for that account, and the Whois contact email provided when the domain was registered. Neither of those emails are the same as the one you’re using for this account.
