  my domain name has expired and i wish to re register it

  What is the domain that you are looking to renew?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

  Got it. If this is the correct address, it was not registered to our services at any point.

  Can you contact the place that bills you for the domain payment?

  Are you sure on your domain spelling? You entered “Gr construction.co.uk” which does not appear to be correct.

  Did you mean grconstruction.co.uk instead? Or is it under a different domain spelling?

  … none of these have used our services. Can you send the full domain without any spaces? Please go to the website and copy and paste the address here.

  The domain, Grnconstrictiom.co.uk, has never been registered with us on WordPress.com. And based on a Whois search, that domain is currently not registered at all.

  Do you perhaps mean grnconstruction.co.uk instead? That domain is registered with us, but belongs to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here. You’ll need to be logged in as the account that owns that domain in order to renew it.
