Domain name expired

  My domain expired on May 22, 2021 and I am trying to renew it. My website has been down for a week now and I am starting to panic. I know I need to pay $80 to renew it and that is fine. I have asked repeatedly to be sent the link to pay and renew and no one is getting back to me. Please please send me the link so I can renew my domain and get my website up and running.
