domain name expired

  I allowed the domain friendsofforesthillpark.org to expire. Someone is now using this domain and displaying an outdated version of our website. They are displaying our content and our pictures. Is this legal?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  So, it looks like the new owners copied your site (I’m guessing for ad revenue) and this is not legal, but unfortunately there is nothing we at WordPress.com can do about this because the domain was bought by a new owner and hosted elsewhere.

  You should open up a DMCA complaint with their host:

  TROUBLE-FREE.NET
