Domain name expired, need help renewing wordpress site

– I have a website which I believe is hosted through wordpress – it was set up by someone else and the domain has been cancelled. The site exists but will be cancelled and I cannot log in and renew or transfer my content to another domain name because I can’t get in touch with the person who set it up. I really don’t want to lose my content, please help me! My site is https://ruthmmciver.wordpress.com/

Without access to the account that owned the domain, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done. you will need to wait until the domain passes through the expiration process and is released as an available domain.
