Domain name expired no reminders sent

  There is a $98 fee to renew my account for being 80 days overdue. i checked my emails and i haven’t received any reminders or emails since 2013, the email address is still the same. How can i have this addressed?

  I have flagged this for the staff attention – but they are a bit backed up and I have never seen the fee waived, even when they did not send a notice –
