Domain Name Expired not in my account
-
I have a customer dogwoodrescue.org that has a domain registered with wordpress.com and they did not receive their domain renewal notices.
They also do not know what the username on the account is.
How can we just pay for another year as it has expired then deal with how we get access to it once the domain is active again.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

While I can appreciate that time is of the essence here, we cannot modify or renew upgrades unless we hear from the account owner, so they will need to either regain access to their account or contact us for further assistance.
If they cannot access their account, they can use our password reset tool at https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
After they enter information there, the second page includes a link to contact our account recovery team if they cannot reset their password.

We have a bit of an issue as we do not know who the original administrator for this domain was. Can you give me the email address associated so we can reach out to them and get them to do the password reset?

I cannot divulge the email address on the account for security and privacy reasons. I would contact the client directly and ask them to try logging in as I suggested using the password recovery tool. If they cannot remember their email address or their username, they can contact our account recovery team via https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
