Domain Name Expired/Website Down

  Hello, My domain name has expired without my knowledge because I missed the email notifying me. My website is down and I need to get it back up immediately.

  The domain I need help with is charlestonholisticcounseling.com

  Could someone please help with this?

  Hello there, it looks like your domain charlestonholisticcounseling.com is currently in the redemption period. Here’s what happens when a domain registered through WordPressdotcom expires: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  If you would like Staff to try and recover the domain for you, they will need your agreement to pay the additional $80 fee that the domain registrar imposes on top of the renewal. Please let them know if OK and they will send you an email with payment instructions.

  Hi eastvillagemft,

  charlestonholisticcounseling.com expired on 2017-06-05 and is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the $26 domain costs. If you agree, I can generate a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

  If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released, although this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.

  Please let me know what you would like to do and we’ll go from there.
