  Hi, it seems that http://www.maisondjeribi.com does not seem to redirect to maisondjeribi.wordpress.com, can you look into that please as I think I am paying for this to happen, kindest regards M-A Djeribi

  Exactly which username account purchased the upgrade?

  Exactly which underlying .wordpress.COM blog URL was the upgrade purchased for?

  Note these two locations please and tell us what you find there:

  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Dashboard > Store > Billing History
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/
