    Hi There – I connected my previously purchased domain and looking to create a new website.

    I purchased the personal plan and the primary site still says xxx.wordpress.com. How do I ensure that users will go to xxx.com rather than xxx.wordpress.com

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there,

    It looks like your domain needs to complete a connection to WordPress.com. Currently, your domain is using Google Domains name servers, so I would recommend switching to WordPress.com name servers since Google Domains will be discontinued. You can also transfer your domain to WordPress.com if you prefer and manage everything in one place.
