Domain Name in Redemption Must Renew ASAP

    The domain name bunnileetailleur.com expired 8/12/16 due to an expired credit card. I need to renew it however it is in redemption phase and need to know how to take care of this and the fees in order to get the site back up. I am the Web contact on the account email is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance by adding the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar. Thanks for your patience while waiting. If Staff are able to recover your domain for you (which is in the redemption period) there will be an additional US$80 fee which is paid to the registrar.

    I need you to please agree to the $80 redemption fee before I can get the recovery process started.

    Also note that the domain is owned by the username, bunnileetailleur. Payment links for the domain recovery can only be sent to the email address on file for this username.

    The email address you provided is for the username, carolynhimes, which does not own the domain and isn’t even a user on the site in question. I cannot communicate with you via that email address regarding this upgrade under any circumstances.

    Carolyn Himes Update 10/5/16: My client sent me the emails and links you sent to her last night 10/4/16 sorry for the confusion with missed emails. I just processed her payment to redeem the domain name bunnileetailleur.com on her behalf (you have her name and email on file).
    The completed payment transaction is now showing up in her WordPress.com account under Billing History for $106.00 for the redemption of the domain name and domain name privacy. Receipt #20444308 and I have a transaction ID # if you need that. How long should this take until I can contact our hosting company and get her site back up? Please send her an email and let us know please. We thank each of you for your support to resolve this issue. Thank you, Carolyn Himes

    I have reached out to the registrar and will respond to the email as soon as we are able to get the domain back.
