Domain name issue

I just upgraded my account so I could add a domain name and when I try to add it it says something went wrong. What do I do next?

I have the same problem. Contact seems to apparently be on Hiatus. They took the money out of my account. I have owned my Domain through GoDaddy for almost 5 years and WP still has not mapped yet.
I get the something went wrong too , and nothing has changed.

Volunteers answering questions on this forum so not have backend access to blog and cannot help with this issue. I’m afraid you must wait until Staff are finished their off-site meetings and have returned on August 16th, unless a Staff member monitoring these threads intervenes on your behalf before that time. -

Yeah, I have the same problem. And I figured I’d go back and try it again, and now I think they’ve charged me 2x for everything. Will they refund me the second half? I am planning on moving to wp.org in a few months anyway, I just figured I’d go ahead and grab my domain, but it’s not worth it for $50 if I’m being charged twice!

I cannot speak for Staff but I sincerely believe they want happy bloggers. I’m sure they will take care of sorting out your double payment and refunding where required when they are available on August 16th.

Sorry, but if they want happy bloggers, they shouldn’t send all their employees to training at once. Who does that? Seems very unprofessional (and frustrating) to me. It might have been different if when I tried to purchase a domain they told me “Sorry, we can’ take your money now – we’re all out of town.” But of course, they didn’t do that – they took my money and now aren’t there to support my purchase.
