Domain Name Issue

Trying to fix an issue with our domain name. I was handed this issue and unfamiliar with WordPress so here I am. Apparently, our company website was created and hosted by WordPress. Everything used to run fine until the domain name was changed (www.envisionengineeringinc.com); however, after the change, the old link no longer works and neither does the new one. I apologize for the vagueness, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
