Domain Name Issue

    The Domain Name has been suspended, but I cannot locate an email with a verification code.

    Correct account: Unknown

    I’m happy to help you get this sorted. Is the problem with greatlakesheadwaters.org or a different domain?

    The problem is with the domain name shawnaweaver.com , however I can’t find record of that anywhere other than the bill to continue paying for it, though it’s suspended and there is no option to request another email to verify the email connected to it to stop the suspension.

    Thanks for that information. That domain is registered under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise.

    You would need to log into the correct account in order to manage and go through the process to remove the domain from suspension. It was suspended because the email address for the domain was not verified for the WHOIS registry. You can read more about this here:

    If you’re not sure what account you used, you’ll need to go through the account recovery process to prove ownership, then WordPress.com support can help you from there.

    You would need the transaction IDs from charges on this account, which you can find on your bank statement, and use the form here to get started:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    You may need to reach out to your bank for that ID if you don’t see it on your bank statement.
