    When I go to burkina-usa.org, I get the following : The address burkina-usa.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Site names can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers

    What exactly are you trying to do? The error message you describe is what appears when you try to create a new site using an invalid free WordPress.com address.

    The domain, burkina-usa.org, on the other hand, is currently mapped to an existing site in your account that’s on our Business Plan – the plan and domain mapping upgrade belongs to a different user on that site.
