domain name loss and charge

  It appears that I lost my domain name by not renewing. I didn’t realize. I was charged another $99 even though I don’t have the domain. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you,

  I’m not seeing any recent $99 charge. However, I am seeing an $18 charge from today for the registration of zack-allen.com.
