Domain name mapping

Hello. I have created a website for a client that own a domain name through go daddy. He has attached it to another WordPress website precious and I am not able to attach the domain to the new website.
He has tried making a static page(advice from WordPress) and he has deleted the domain mapping from his previous site but it is still not working. Does anyone have advice for this??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
