Domain Name Mapping for 11 months

  Hi,

  I recently purchased domain name mapping for $17/year (12 months), however under the My Upgrades section it says this will be renewed on the 25th May instead of the 25th June. This is only 11 months, not 1 year or 12 months which is what was purchased. Is there a reason for this? And if not can the renewal be extended by an extra month so that it is for 12 months until the 25th June?

  Renewal date and expire date are not the same

  All upgrades that are on auto renew – renew one month before they expire so if something goes wrong – there is time to deal with the problem and not have a lapse in the upgrade – you always get the full 12 months
