Domain name mapping from wix

  Okay so I am very new to this and need a lot of help.

  Basically I have mapped my domain name from wix but everytime I load the page it goes to a WIX page saying the domain is not connected to a website.

  Also… I didn’t realise that I have 2 sites on wordpress somehow and have been editing and posting to the site with the incorrect domain- is there anyway I can switch this so all my hardwork posting and editing can easily be moved to rebeccapurshouse.com instead of rebeccapurshousedotcom.wordpress.com

  Hi, just to clarify, were you wanting to point the domain to WordPress.com? You’ll need to change the name servers to do that.

  I wasn’t able to find a how-to on the Wix site, but if they’ll tell you how, here are the settings to use:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  If they cannot help with that, let us know; you could set up “A records” as well. Also, please feel free to reach us here:

  Thank you for your reply.

  This is what I have been told by Wix:

  Thank you for contacting Wix support.
  Currently, it is not possible to connect your Wix domain using Name Servers. The only option available is via pointing. If you wish, you can transfer away your domain to another domain host where you will be able to connect the domain using Name Servers.

  Do you have any advice on this?

  Thanks, I’ll email you with our current IP addresses for your site. You’ll probably want to also transfer the domain name after using those settings. Cheers!
