Domain name mapping issue.

    Hi,

    I already have a domain name with GoDaddy and I would like to Map my own Domain name. When I pay for mapping my own domain name, it says that they payment was “invalid”.

    I have tried it on multiple browsers but the answer is still the same. Please, help me out.

    Hi there!

    There may be a number of reasons why you could be getting an error while making a credit card payment, and it could be one or more of the following:

    * Credit Card hasn’t been activated yet
    * Closed credit card account
    * Account is over the limit
    * Account is past due
    * Automated fraud alert

    The last one is the most common, and a quick call to your bank telling them about your purchase on WordPress.com should sort out the problem. Please try that first and see if you’re able to pay with your credit card. You may also pay using a debit card with the Mastercard or Visa logo on it. If you’re using Paypal funds, make sure that you have enough funds to cover the cost of the upgrade.

    I am having issues with my blog too.

    I am from Singapore, it is one of the accepted countries. Have tried both credit card and Paypal options, both of which I got “invalid payment” messages for numerous times. It is getting very frustrating.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear that. Have you tried calling up your bank about it? Our payment processor, Paypal, handles all our payments. You may also try sorting out the issues with them directly:
