Hi there,
Those two upgrades are owned by different administrators on the site, which is why they aren’t connected. I just sent an email to the administrator who owns the domain mapping upgrade, to see if they want to transfer ownership to the other administrator (who owns the Premium plan) so the two can be linked. (I can’t make any changes until I hear from one or both of the accounts that own those upgrades.)

Thanks for the reply.
Apparently neither administrators have received any emails, and the domain name mapping is still set to expire on 9/22/2015… so its getting a bit more pressing.
The original administrator who set up the account, and purchased the initial domain name mapping is Dede Cummings <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>
The new administrator who purchased the Premium Plan, and needs to be able to manage all the account features, including domain name mapping, is Lester Humphreys <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>.
I’m sure you have this information in your records.
Please send any necessary authorization request emails again, or better yet, provide us with a link or a phone # where we can transfer the ownership and resolve this issue once & for all.
Thank you for your help.

Hi there,
I was able to link the domain mapping upgrade with the Premium plan on Lester’s account, so the two are now connected and the domain mapping is all set for the next year. When Lester renews the Premium plan next year, the domain mapping upgrade will renew along with the plan.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!
