    Yesterday on 25th July WordPress automatically renewed my domain. The transaction took with the help of my friend’s PayPal account which I used to purchase domain an year ago. My friend forgot about it and when the domain renewed from his account he filed a dispute on PayPal. However, I reached out to him to close the dispute, which he did immediately. It all happened yesterday. But even after almost 24 hours I still cant see my domain on the site neither my website is working. Please help me with that as soon as possible.

    Thank you for having your friend withdraw the dispute. It can take a while for us to receive a confirmation notification from PayPal, but we can do some things now.

    In the meantime, you can pay the chargeback fee here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/minialco.wordpress.com and we can restore the domain to your account.

    Once it’s restored, you can update the payment details on file for that domain under your account page to avoid this next year.

    Hi thanks for your reply. I was concerned about paying chargeback fee which is whooping $15. As I said before that the dispute was cancelled hardly 2 hours after being made. And the chargeback fee should not be charged after the dispute is cancelled. So please do not charge me with this extra fee as I cannot afford it.

    As proof I can attach all the needed documents.
