Domain name not changing

  I registered calipsoinc.wordpress.com from one account. Then I made a new account and wanted to use this same web url instead, hence, I deleted the blog from the first account. However, the new account is not registing the domain name so instead I had to take a letter out temporarily in order to continue making a new account.

  So right now the domain name is calipsoin.wordpress.com (there is no “C” at the end of inc. How can I register the domain. I also happen to own the original calipsoinc.com domain on go daddy which I aim to map once the website has been completed.

  Additionally, I am using the online WordPress site to make the website, and I checked my Settings tab, it does not show me a field to change the web address as found on solutions on google.

  Hi there,

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address:

  Delete a Website

  Since at this point, the calipsoinc.wordpress.com site name is not available to be used again, it would be best to continue building the site on the calipsoin.wordpress.com domain.

  However, once you connect the calipsoinc.com domain to your site with the domain mapping upgrade, people who visit your site will only see it at the calipsoinc.com domain.
