domain name not expiring – but WP is looking for money
-
The domain name LivingAwarenessMeditation.com is obtained through GoDaddy and does not expire until March 2015. But WordPress seems to want money for something that is not due, and certainly not due to WP.
please respond. I do not want anything negative to occur with the blog. It uses .net.
thank you

Hi there,
It looks like you have a domain (livingawarenessmeditation.net) mapped to your blog (thepracticeoflivingawareness.wordpress.com) that is currently working correctly. If I understand your question, you’re also looking to map LivingAwarenessMeditation.com to your blog as well. Is that correct?
If you would like to map this .com address to your blog, you will need to follow the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Please note, the mapping upgrade is $13. It’s a fee required to setup your additional domain at WordPress.com, similar to a hosting fee charged by other platforms.
Let me know if you have any additional questions!

thank you, Jeremy.
No, the question was more of why WP is saying a domain payment is due to WP when it is not – both because the domain is not expiring until 2015 and second, the blog is mapped to .net domain name.I think all is cool the way it is and no changes are necessary. Peace !

Thanks for the clarification! I’m not seeing where a payment is due to WordPress.com. If you have any additional questions or would like clarification, please let me know!
