domain name not showing correctly

My website is not coming up as domain.com but domaindotco.wordpress.com – it used to come up as domain.com. LCN who host it say there is nothing wrong their end.

I contacted my domain host yesterday morning and have checked today and they have mapped my website. I have cleared my cache but it is still not working. It is now 24 hours later. Please could you check your end.

It’s working for me now! :) Sometimes these things just take a little while to take effect.

I am still getting mynamendotco.wordpress.com if I google my name and I want to get myname.com. I have paid for mapping with wordpress today and it is still not working. I’ve cleared caches for the 3rd time.
This used to happened and for some reason it does not any more. My domain host has done everything their end. Is there a way I can speak to someone on the phone? -
It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at the domain URL , please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies and try again.
Know that it is not uncommon for your own ISP to be last to flush their DNs cache. You can view the DNS changes here > https://www.whatsmydns.net/
What’s important during that stage is to be patient.By the way, you forgot to state exactly what the domain URL is so please provide it here now.

My url is http://www.susiekoren.com. It is now mapped by wordpress and lcn.com is my domain name host. I cleared my caches and restarted my computer before I emailed you last time.
Had wordpress done something recently that would stop my mapping from working. It used to be free, did it stop because there is now a charge. -
I am in Canada and the domain mapping is working for me.

Confirm Primary Blog Settings
You’ve set a different domain (susiekoren.com) as primary for susiekorendotco.wordpress.com. Although you can map more than one domain to your blog, only one can be primary. To read more about setting a primary domain, please see this documentation.

Well susiekorendotco.wordpress.com has been my primary for ages, it stopped mapping to susiekoren.com recently, I discovered this 2 days ago and have been trying to get it sorted since. I was told to pay for mapping for susiekoren.com.
Please could you just sort out that susiekorendotco.wordpress.com reads as susiekoren.com which is what it used to do. I don’t want my website on line to read as susiekorendot.co.wordpress.com – if you goggle my name i want it to go to susiekoren.com like it used. I have been battled to sort this out for 2 days now. please can you help. -

Hi @susie60, if it wasn’t pointed to our name servers before, it wouldn’t work. But it is working for me now. As soon as it works for you again, you can make the main domain primary.

Google may take several days or longer to update. Be patient though; once you’ve made the new domain primary, we will be sending a 301 redirect code which basically tells Google and others to update to the new address.

I have made susiekorendotco.wordpress.com primary. does that mean that when it is working if someone types susie koren into google – it will go to susiekoren.com and not susiekorendotc.wordpress.com

If susiekorendotco.wordpress.com is primary, that’s what people (and google, ultimately) will see.
If you want them to go to susiekoren.com please make that primary instead as soon as susiekoren.com loads the correct site.
