Domain name not showing up

Hi there! I created a wordpress website for my business today and purchased the domain name organizewithless.com. I received an email receipt of the purchase and I can log in and create posts (I made a basic test post) and change my Gravatar and theme. However, when I click “view site” or type the site name into a URL, my screen says “the webpage is not available.” I created the site this morning and thought perhaps it would just take some time to see the site online, but it has been about 10 hours since I created the site and it’s still not online. I have cleared my cache and cookies and tried two different browsers (Chrome and Firefox). Help, please!

It looks like the domain organizewithless.com has not been registered. You can register and associate it with your blog from your domain management screen.
Do you see domain registration $6.- I think at
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades??Someone has already flagged this for staff help

Thanks. I followed your advice and went to “My Upgrades.” I believe I did register the domain because I paid for the premium package and it was included. When I click on “My Upgrades” I see the domain. Underneath are the options “Learn More”, “Cancel Private Registration”, and “Cancel this upgrade.” So I’m guessing it is registered because I don’t think I’d have the option to cancel registration if registration didn’t exist. However, underneath those options is a big red rectangle that says “DNS needs to be updated.” Clicking on this does nothing. Is there something I need to do? Thanks in advance for help!!

Registration is included as part of the Premium Package but I think the registration needs to be explicitly done since many people buy the Premium Package that already have a domain name registered outside of WordPress.COM
the staff can look at your account and point you in the right direction – it sounds like you still need to register the domain name

Thanks again. Do you know how to do the registration explicitly? I’m a beginner and need some step-by-step directions. I keep clicking around and getting back to the the “My Upgrades” part. I’m not seeing how to explicitly register.
Also, if you know…. how exactly do I get the staff to respond to me? I sent a private message to them yesterday and then I posted on this forum. Does it just take them some time?

Also, I did not register this domain previously outside of wordpress.com. I started it at wordpress yesterday.
