Domain name offer

    We have received notification that a new charge will be imposed for our website domain name, but that if we renew our annual subscription by 18th December, the fee will be waived. Our subscription is not actually due until June 2019, if we renew now, I assume our subscription will run until June 2020 and not December 2019?

    Hi there,

    Going forward our plans fill include the registration of one free domain, but the following year the domain and the plan will be renewed separately, meaning you’ll renew the plan at the same price at which you bought it, but the domain will renew at an additional cost.

    What the email you received says is that if you renew your plan by 18 December, the domain renewal will be included with the plan renewal one last time.

    This will not change the expiration date of your plan and domain, though – it just means another year will be added on top of what you’ve already paid the last time you renewed.
