Domain name, payment redemption period

    Hello,
    I’m writing to you again through the form, because I’m worried that I haven’t received an answer to my request posted on July 29th: I’m waiting for a link by email from you, to pay the 80 dollars that will allow me to take our domain name out of the redemption period, so that I can buy it back for this year.

    From what I can see you last renewed radiodragon.org on 05-11-2020, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    However I do not see a renewal in 2021, and can confirm that radiodragon.org has expired due as there was no payment by the renewal date. The good news is that we may be able to recover your domain, but there will be a late renewal fee to do so.

    I have just emailed our domain’s partner to start the recovery process. They usually reply within 48h. We’ll let you know once the domain is back on your account.

    To ensure you don’t lose the domain next year, I recommend adding a payment method to enable auto-renewal from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
