    Hello,
    I have a domain name from namecheap and hosting by bluehost. But then, why do I have to pay extra 99€ for using worldpress, since I will be also buying a template?

    It sounds like that you want to have a self-hosted WordPress site with WordPress.org software. If you already have an own domain and a hosting server, please navigate to https://wordpress.org/. In this case, you don’t need to pay for WordPress.com at all.
